Ingredients
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Salt 3 pinches
Sugar 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Flour 430 g
Cheese 150 g
Green onions
Sesame seeds 3 tsp
Mix the yeast, salt, and sugar with the olive oil. Add warm water and mix thoroughly.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Add finely chopped green onions and coarsely grated cheese. Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough into an oval shape and make several crosswise slits.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes. Then sprinkle the bread generously with sesame seeds.
Bake at 220°C for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. You can check for doneness with a wooden toothpick.
I recommend eating immediately after baking. Freshly baked bread is delicious!
