Let's start by making the pancakes. For this, use warm milk, an egg, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix the pancake batter. Fry the pancakes.
Now that you've finished making the pancakes, let's move on to the filling. Fry the onions, carrots, and mushrooms in a hot frying pan. Season with salt and spices to taste.
Now begin forming the pie. Grease the bottom of the pan with butter and arrange 3 crepes so that they cover the bottom. Spread generously with sour cream. The next layer is the filling. Top with processed cheese.
Fill the pan with another layer of crepes. Repeat the filling process. Spread more cheese.
