Ingredients
Flour 1.25 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Egg yolk 1
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Vanillin 1 tsp
For the filling:
Bananas 3
Honey 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Vanillin 1 tsp
Peanut butter 1/4 cup
For the glaze:
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate 30 g
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and peanuts. Blend the nuts in a food processor until they form a fine powder. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg yolk, butter, vinegar, and vanilla. Gradually whisk the milk mixture into the main mixture. Beat until smooth. Roll out the dough.
Place it in a round baking pan and tuck the edges under. Poke holes with a fork. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely before filling.
Combine all the filling ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill the tart with the filling and garnish with grated dark chocolate and peanuts. Cover the tart with plastic wrap and freeze for 2-3 hours to set. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
