Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl with a mixer.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Then add the vanilla extract. Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat with a mixer on low speed until smooth. Add the oats, puffed rice, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows to the batter. Gently fold all ingredients together with a spatula.

Form the dough into medium-sized balls, using about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on parchment paper for about 5 minutes.
