Pear and Almond Cake



Ingredients
Flour 150 g
Sugar 130 g
Butter 100 g
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Yogurt 130 g
Pears 2
Almonds 50 g

Whisk the softened butter with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each, then add the yogurt and vanilla extract. Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and mix. Wash, peel, and finely chop the pears. Peel and chop the almonds. Stir into the dough and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the dough into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove. Let cool in the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
