Flour 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Fresh basil 1 bunch
Broth 1000 ml
Milk 500 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Dice the potatoes and finely chop the onion and celery. Add the chopped onion, celery, and potato to the pan.
Press two cloves of garlic into the pan. Add the basil leaves and pour in the broth, bringing to a boil. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the flour.
Pour in the milk, stirring. Blend the cooked vegetables thoroughly. Pour the prepared milk sauce into the vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly and serve.
