President" Pancakes

"

Ingredients
for the pancakes:
Milk 1000 ml
Eggs 4
Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Flour 500 g

For the filling:
Flour 100 g
Milk 80 ml
Egg 1
Vegetable oil
Salt
Minced meat
Liver
Onion

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and salt. Sift the flour, add the milk to the flour, and stir. Then add the beaten yolks with sugar and melted butter. Mix well, and carefully fold in the whipped whites. Mix very gently, then pour in the vegetable oil.

 Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, pour the batter into the pan, and bake thin pancakes.

For the filling, prepare the ground meat and batter. Sift the flour, add warm milk, beaten egg yolk, a little vegetable oil, and salt.

Stir. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Then, before cooking, add the beaten egg white to the batter, carefully fold it in and mix well. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: fry the liver and onion, add the ground meat, fry everything together until done, and blend with a blender. You can use any ground meat.

Stuff the pancakes with the prepared ground meat and roll them into an envelope. Then dip the pancake in the batter and fry in a frying pan with oil.
