Ingredients
Milk 350 ml
Flour 10 tbsp
Eggs 3
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1 pinch
Salt 1 pinch
Vanillin 1.5 g
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
In a large bowl, first combine all the dry ingredients and the eggs. Add the hot milk, whisk, add the butter, and whisk again thoroughly.
Grease a preheated frying pan with olive oil and pour half a ladle of the mixture onto it. Don't use too much! The pan should be coated thinly for the best results. Fry for 1 minute on one side and 30 minutes on the other.
Serve the pancakes with berry sauce, fried fruit, ice cream, or mascarpone.
