Ingredients
Puff pastry - 1 sheet
Eggs - 7
Mushrooms - 200 g
Ham - 200 g
Cheese - 100 g
Dill - 1 bunch
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
First, fry the mushrooms in a frying pan. Dice the ham. Add it to the mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes. Grate the cheese. Finely chop the dill. Lightly beat 6 eggs and mix with the cheese and herbs. Pour this mixture over the mushrooms and ham and cook, stirring, for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry thinly. Using a knife, make slits on the sides (equal number on each side). Place the filling in the center and braid it.
Grease with beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
