Ultimate Creamy Chicken Mushroom Alfredo with Grilled Chicken 🧄🍄

🛒 Ingredients
🍗 2 chicken breasts
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
For the pasta & sauce:
🍝 200 g fettuccine
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
🍄 1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
🥛 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 2 tbsp chopped parsley
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water for 8–10 minutes
until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook for 5–6 minutes per side
until golden and cooked through (74°C/165°F internal
temp). Rest, then slice.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms for
5–6 minutes until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1
minute.
Pour in cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes, then stir in
Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well, adding a
bit of reserved pasta water if needed.
Plate pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, top with
sliced grilled chicken, and sprinkle with parsley.
💡 Notes & Variations
Add a pinch of nutmeg for classic Alfredo flavor.
Swap cream with half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
Try adding spinach for extra greens.
