Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Whisk the room-temperature butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 5 minutes. Add the egg and mix. Mix the salt, baking powder, and flour, adding them little by little, kneading the dough. The dough should be firm and not sticky, but don't add too much flour, or the cookies will be difficult to shape. If you don't add enough flour, the cookies may spread too much in the oven.
Refrigerate for half an hour. Take out small pieces of dough at a time and roll them into a "sausage" shape using your hand on the countertop. This will form the base for the fingers. Shape the fingers.
Melt the chocolate, add a little water, and coat the nail area and the tip of the finger. Place an almond on each finger and press down. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
