Ingredients
Yogurt 200 ml
Flour 150 g
Egg 1
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Butter 40 g
Honey 60 g
Sugar 30 g
Vanilla
Salt


Combine the flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Beat the egg with a mixer, continuing to beat, then add the yogurt, then the melted butter and liquid honey.
Add the resulting mixture to the flour mixture and stir until all lumps are dissolved. Stir with a spoon or whisk to prevent bubbles from forming. Let the dough sit for 5-10 minutes to allow as many bubbles as possible to form.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour half a ladle (or 2 tablespoons) of oil onto each pancake and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until the pancake is golden brown on the other side. Brush with oil only once, then cook in a dry (non-stick) frying pan. Divide the pancakes among servings and drizzle with honey. You can also add a pat of butter on top.
