**Ingredients:**
* 2 halibut fillets
* Salt & pepper
* 1 tbsp olive oil
**Lemon Herb Butter:**
* 4 tbsp butter
* 2 cloves garlic (minced)
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp lemon zest
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley
* 1 tsp thyme or dill

**Instructions:**
1. Pat halibut dry and season with salt & pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sear fish 3–4 minutes per side
until golden and flaky.
3. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic lightly.
4. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and herbs.
5. Spoon the warm lemon herb butter over the halibut just
before serving.
Serve with veggies or rice for a clean, flavorful finish
