Ingredients
300 g Parboiled Rice
1 Carrot
2 Onions
300 g Mushrooms
100 g Green Peas
100 g Green Beans
100 g Canned Corn
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Fry them in vegetable oil in a deep, thick-bottomed saucepan. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Cut the carrots into strips and add them to the onions. Fry over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. Defrost the green peas and green beans.
Cook the rice according to the package directions. Add the fried onions and carrots, rice, pepper, and salt to the mushrooms and stir. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
At the very end, add the defrosted vegetables and corn. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, covered.
