Ingredients
20 g flour
400 g pink salmon
1 onion
100 g tomato paste
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
Pink salmon is a type of Far Eastern salmon. It's the most common fish, but it's also valuable and, of course, healthy. It has one drawback: it's a bit dry. This drawback can be remedied with sauce. So, let's prepare the pink salmon steaks and flour.
You can use whole steaks. Divide them in half and remove all bones. Dredge each piece of pink salmon in flour and fry in butter until lightly golden.
Now let's make the sauce. Peel and slice the onion lengthwise, and slice the garlic clove in the same way. Lightly fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan with oil. Add the tomato paste. It should be a thin paste. If not, dissolve 1 tablespoon of thick paste in 100-150 grams of water and add to the pan. Add salt, sugar, chopped tomatoes, a little ground pepper, and paprika. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Place the fried pink salmon in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over it. Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. You can also simmer it in a saucepan over the stove. The pink salmon will be juicy and savory.
