Fried Fish with Mushrooms



Ingredients
White fish (fillet) 500 g
Eggs 2
Mushrooms 300 g
Onions 150 g
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs
Herbs

Fisher fillets or fish pieces should be washed with water. Then simply dry them with paper towels and leave them to rest.

Now beat two chicken eggs and pour them onto a flat plate. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a second plate. Season the fish with salt. Now dip first into the bowl with the eggs, then into the bowl with the breadcrumbs. Then place in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.

If you are using dried mushrooms, simply soak them in water and then chop. If you have fresh mushrooms, chop them into small cubes. You should also finely chop the onion, but peel it first.

In a large frying pan, first fry the onion, then add the mushrooms, frying until tender, and season with salt.

If water forms in the pan, don't throw it out; fry the mixture until the water evaporates. Once the mushroom mixture is ready, arrange the fish pieces on a plate, then the mushroom appetizer. Garnish with sprigs of herbs.
