Baked Fish with Tomatoes and Cheese


Ingredients
Pike Perch 500 g
Cheese 150 g
Tomato 300 g
Tomato paste 5 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Herbs to taste
Salt
Pepper

Cut the fish into small pieces. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic. Coarsely grate the cheese. Finely chop the herb.

Place the fillet in the bottom of the pan, season with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes on top of the fillet. Place the garlic on top of the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with ketchup. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven.

Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
