Ingredients
Pike-Perch (fillet) 200 g
Mushrooms 150 g
Processed cheese 2-3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Red bell pepper 1 pc
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper to taste
Rinse the pike-perch fillet, pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice, rub with salt and ground white pepper, and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Dice the onion and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add diced bell pepper and soy sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cool, add grated cheese, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Spread the filling on the pike perch fillets, roll them into rolls, and secure with skewers or tie with string.
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, pour in 1/4 cup of salted water, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked through. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
