Salmon with Mushroom Sauce



Ingredients
Salmon 300 g
Olive oil 2 tsp
Mushrooms 150 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Onion 1 onion
Vegetable oil
Milk 200 ml
Flour 1 tbsp
Dill
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Wash the fish, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Grease a baking dish and place the fish in it. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them. Peel and chop the onion, and fry in vegetable oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, flour, and stir.

Pour in the cream or milk, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. The sauce should thicken and become smooth.

Wash the herbs, dry them, and finely chop. Add to the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. Place the salmon on a plate, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with herbs.
