Salmon 2 pieces
Canned Tomatoes 500 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Orange zest
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
First, prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic and onion and chop into small pieces. Place the onion, garlic, and orange zest in a preheated frying pan and fry for 5 minutes. Then pour in the balsamic vinegar, stirring constantly until the balsamic vinegar has evaporated.
Then add the canned tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes, mashing them halfway through the cooking time. Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Wash the fish, pat dry, and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Then add the sauce and cover. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
