Tilapia Fillets in Ginger Marinade



Ingredients
Tilapia (fillets) 4
Ginger 5 cm
Teriyaki sauce 5 tbsp
Pickled ginger 20 g
Mint 2 sprigs
Peanut oil
Salt

Peel the ginger and finely grate it. Combine with the teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar. Wash the tilapia fillets, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Place the fish in the ginger marinade and spread it evenly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade and quickly fry in peanut oil over high heat until golden brown (fry the fish in small batches, then place them on paper towels to drain off excess oil).

 Thinly slice the pickled ginger and mint leaves and sprinkle over the fish.
