Ingredients
Cod (fillet) 500 g
Onion 1
Potatoes 4
Cream 250 ml
Egg 1
Olive oil 40 ml
Salt
Spices
Prepare a baking dish and grease the bottom and edges with olive oil. Slice the onion into thin rings and arrange them along the bottom of the dish. Cut the cod into portions, sprinkle with salt and spices, and arrange them on top of the onions.
Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into slices. Then arrange them on top of the fish to resemble fish scales.
Whisk the egg with a fork, add the cream and salt, and whisk again. The mixture should be smooth.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the pan with the ingredients, then place the pan in a preheated oven. Bake until the potatoes are golden brown.
Serve chilled.
