Fish Cutlets



Ingredients
Wheat bread 50 g
Milk 150 ml
White fish (fillet) 500 g
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 40 ml

First, soak a piece of bread in milk. Grind the soaked bread and fish mixture through a meat grinder or blender.

Add salt and ground pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly. Mixing thoroughly is very important because it helps make the minced meat pliable and smooth, preventing the cutlets from falling apart.

 Using a tablespoon of the soft minced meat, roll it in breadcrumbs, shaping it into an oval shape, and place it in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry the patties over low heat until golden brown. If the patties aren't too thick and the heat is low, they'll cook perfectly without the lid.
