Ingredients
600 g white fish fillet
1 egg
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
dill
1 slice white bread
milk
1 tbsp sour cream
breadcrumbs
salt
ground black pepper
vegetable oil
For the filling:
200 g mushrooms
70 g cheese
2 tbsp butter
Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry, and chop into small pieces. Coarsely chop the onion. Peel the garlic. Blend everything in a blender. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, beat in the egg, add the sour cream, breadcrumbs, white bread soaked in milk and slightly squeezed out, finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
Rinse the mushrooms, chop finely, and fry in butter. When the mushrooms are done, add the grated cheese, stir, and let the cheese melt slightly.
Form the patties, placing a teaspoon of the cheese-mushroom filling in the center. Place the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and roll the patties in them. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
