Ingredients
White fish (fillet) 1
Mango 1
Parsley
Olive oil
Butter 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, roll in flour, and fry in olive oil until fully cooked.
Then cut the mango into small pieces, removing the skin and bone. Fry the mango pieces in butter, not olive oil, adding honey to the pan. Drizzle the mango pieces with lemon juice (a couple of drops per mango piece). Fry the mango for about three to four minutes.
Then place the fried fish pieces on a wide platter and top with the fried mango pieces. Garnish the dish with finely chopped parsley.
