Baked Fish with Cheese and Tomatoes



Ingredients
2 white fish fillets
10 cherry tomatoes
2 garlic
0.5 lemon juice
Black peppercorns
Salt
Vegetable oil
Mozzarella cheese

You can use any type of fish, but make sure it's boneless, as they'll be hard to spot under the cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Grease it with vegetable or olive oil.

Season the fillets on both sides with grated garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on the baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, and top with tomato halves.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove from the baking sheet, spritz with lemon juice, and serve. You can also garnish with vegetables and green onions.
