Ingredients
1000 g Whitefish fillet
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 onions
3 tbsp Parsley
Ground black pepper to taste
4 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Cilantro
3 cloves Garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 tomato
5 mushrooms
Ground red pepper
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 cups Water
Salt to taste
Cinnamon
Ground white pepper
Cumin
Wash and dry the fish fillets, pour in lemon juice, let sit for 15-20 minutes, then blend in a blender or meat grinder.
Peel one onion and blend in a blender. Mix the minced fish with the onion and parsley, and season with pepper to taste.
With wet hands, form the minced fish into 8-10 patties. Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, and transfer to a deep saucepan.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan. Peel the second onion and garlic. Wash and dice the bell pepper, dice the tomato, and wash and chop the mushrooms. Place the vegetables and mushrooms in the pan, season with spices to taste, and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Dilute the tomato paste with water, pour it into the pan, and add salt to taste. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the patties, cook for 4-5 minutes, and serve hot.
