Ingredients
400 g salmon
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
0.5 tsp basil
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
For the kefir sauce:
1 cup kefir
2 tsp nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pepper mix to taste
0.5 tsp mustard
Herbs to taste
Mix all sauce ingredients and let it steep. Wash and dry the fish. Cut into portions.
Mix all ingredients (except the salmon) in a bowl. Rub the fish on both sides with the prepared mixture. Place on foil.
Carefully wrap the fish in foil and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2-3 hours. Bake the fish in foil, unwrapped, at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve drizzled with the sauce and garnished with herbs and lemon wedges.
