Ingredients
800 g cod
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 tbsp green onions
3 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Place the cod in a baking dish, brush with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, or until tender. Cool and mash the flesh with a fork.
Add chopped herbs, mustard, sauce, eggs, lemon juice, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix the minced meat. Form small round patties (size is up to you).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the patties until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a lemon wedge.
