Salmon patties with tomato sauce



Ingredients
Salmon (fillet) 600 g
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Parsley 3 tbsp
Green onion 50 g
Eggs 2
Philadelphia cheese 3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Cornflakes 70 g
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil

For the sauce:
Tomatoes 2
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Sour cream 200 g

Cut the fish into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, add parsley, half the green onions, and salt. Beat the eggs, mix with the cream cheese, and add to the minced meat along with the breadcrumbs.

With wet hands, form the minced meat into small patties and roll them in the cornflakes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties.

Finely chop the tomatoes, mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and green onions, and season with salt.
Serve the patties with tomato sauce.
