Pink Salmon in Tomato Sauce



Ingredients
Pink Salmon 100 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Cheese 30 g
Mayonnaise
Olives 4 pcs

First, turn the oven on to the highest temperature and begin. Carefully cut the tomatoes, but not all the way through—leaving the "caps" of the tomatoes.

Scoop out the flesh, salt the inside, and add a drop of mayonnaise. Arrange the fish slices, salt, spread with mayonnaise, add a slice of cheese, half an olive, wrap, and place the fish inside the tomatoes.

Place on a greased baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 5 minutes. Adjust the temperature according to your oven.

 If you have a very powerful oven with a fan-assisted setting, 5 minutes is enough for the fish to set without becoming dry (even pink salmon is very juicy), the cheese to melt and permeate the fish, and the tomato to not turn to mush.
