Ingredients
250 g red fish fillet
1 onion
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
300 ml 33% cream
100 g cheese
broccoli to taste
salt to taste
ground white pepper to taste
Make a mince from the fish. Grind or very finely chop a small onion into the mince. Add breadcrumbs (depending on the consistency of the mince: if the mince is too thin, add a little more breadcrumbs), salt, and white pepper to taste.
Make meatballs (choose the size depending on the size of the baking dish).
Separate the broccoli into small florets. You can also omit the broccoli.
Place the meatballs in individual ramekins or a larger ramekin and bake for about 5 minutes at 200°C (400°F) to set slightly.
Make the sauce: pour the cream into a bowl, add grated cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove the ramekins from the oven and place broccoli (optional) between the meatballs.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for another 20 minutes.
