Ingredients
Pangasius fillet (2 pcs)
Salt (1 tsp)
Sesame seeds (4 g)
Breadcrumbs (3 tbsp)
Sunflower oil (200 ml)
Olive oil (3 tbsp)
Garlic (1 clove)
Lemon (0.5 pc)
Egg (1 pc)
Ground black pepper (2 pinches)
Cut the pangasius fillet into strips. Drizzle the fish with olive oil, add chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. Gently mix and let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Mix the breadcrumbs, black and white sesame seeds. Lightly beat the egg with salt in a deep bowl. Dip the marinated fish pieces in the egg.
Then coat them on all sides in the prepared sesame mixture. Fry in small batches in a hot frying pan with refined sunflower oil.
Place on a wide, flat platter and serve hot or cold.
