Ingredients
Herring (fillet) 300 g
Carrots 1/2
Potatoes 2
Butter 1/2 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Green onion
Salt
Spices
Peel the potatoes, rinse, and boil. Then mash until smooth. Add the cream and butter to the potato mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Place the fish in boiling water along with the carrots. Lightly salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Crumble the fish with a fork, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, and mix everything into the puree. Add salt and spices.
Form small patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil.
