Pike Perch 1000 g
Sour cream 1 cup
Cheese 100 g
Herbs to taste
Flour
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Butter
Scale, gut, and rinse the fish thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into portions. Season with salt, roll in flour, and fry in hot vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown.
Then place in a greased baking dish. Top with an even layer of sour cream mixed with grated cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place the prepared pike perch in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Then place it on a platter, garnish with lettuce leaves, and serve, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
