Salmon Terrine



Ingredients
Salmon (fillet) 500 g
Lightly salted salmon 150 g
3 eggs
35% cream 200 ml
Salt
Pepper
Green onion

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Blend all ingredients except the salted fish until smooth, season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cut the salted fish into large strips. Place half of the fish mixture in a lightly oiled baking dish, then spread the salted fish evenly over it. Add the remaining fish mixture.

Cover the filled dish with foil and place it in a baking tray filled with warm water. Bake the entire dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. 

Serve chilled.
