Ingredients
Cannelloni pasta 400 g
Ground meat 800 g
Onion 2
Carrot 2
Pickled cucumber 2
Tomato 600 g
Cheese 300 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Herbs to taste
Salt to taste
Spices to taste
To make the pasta easy to stuff, boil it for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Peel the onion, dice it, and fry it in vegetable oil. Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix the ground meat with the onion, carrot, cucumber, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
Prepare the sauce. Blend the tomatoes, garlic, and herbs in a blender or grind them in a meat grinder.
Add the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and spices and mix well.
Now it's time to fill the pasta. If you have a piping bag, you can use it. Line a baking sheet with either foil or parchment paper. Grease with butter and arrange the filled pasta pieces, tightly packed together.
Spread 2/3 of the cheese on top of the pasta.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Five minutes before the end of cooking, remove the top layer of foil, add the remaining cheese, and bake for another five minutes.
