Cauliflower Cutlets with Meat



Ingredients
500 g Cauliflower
100 g Meat
1 Egg
1 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Breadcrumbs

Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil until tender. Be careful not to overcook! Cool.

Finely chop the onion and sauté until lightly golden. Blend the cauliflower with the boiled meat and onion until you get a minced meat mixture.

Add the egg, salt, pepper, turmeric, and crushed garlic clove to the mixture. Mix thoroughly and form into neat patties. Roll them in breadcrumbs.

 Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream. You can add garlic and chopped herbs to the sour cream.
