Ingredients
1 onion
500 g ground beef
1/2 head garlic
2 tomatoes
2 tsp tomato paste
1 pinch ground black pepper
400 g spaghetti
sea salt to taste

Spaghetti: Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil. Remember the golden ratio for boiling spaghetti: 1000 ml water/100 g spaghetti/10 g salt.
Meatballs: Finely chop the onion, mix with the meat, salt, and pepper, add the egg, roll into balls, and roll in flour.
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, lightly fry the meatballs, add the tomatoes, and simmer.
Dilute the tomato paste with water and add it to the remaining ingredients. Add seasonings: pepper, salt, and a blend of Italian herbs (fresh basil is also an option).
Cook the spaghetti until tender, drain, add a drop of olive oil or butter (depending on your preference), and lightly salt.
Serve the mixture in a deep bowl.
