Ingredients
for the dough:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups water
2 teaspoons curry powder
50 g ghee
For the filling:
6 potatoes
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 g ground ginger
5 g curry powder
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons herbs
Make the dough. Mix the flour, salt, and curry powder. Add the butter and water. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for half an hour.
Now for the filling: Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add the salt, sugar, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, curry powder, and ginger and mix well.
Dust the surface with flour and begin rolling out the dough. You should end up with a rectangle approximately 50 x 30 cm.
Spread the filling over the entire dough and begin rolling it. Cut into small rolls about 1 cm thick.
Fry in sunflower oil on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. If you don't like fried food, you can easily bake the rolls in the oven.
