Fish kebabs baked in cheese


Ingredients
Cod fillet 400 g
Cheese 200 g
Zucchini 1 pc
Red bell pepper
Lemon 1/2 pc
Pepper
Salt

Rinse the cod fillet under running water, pat dry, cut into 2-3 cm long pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and set aside to marinate.

Grate the cheese, rinse the zucchini and pepper, remove any excess, and cut into 2-3 cm pieces.

Thread the prepared ingredients onto skewers, alternating them, sprinkle the kebabs with lemon juice again, place on a baking sheet, and place the baking sheet on a grill over hot coals. Sprinkle the shashlik with grated cheese while cooking.

You can also microwave fish shashlik baked in cheese for about 8-10 minutes. Garnish the shashlik with herbs and lemon before serving.
