Ingredients
500 g potatoes
8 eggs
75 g cheese
70 g ham
1 onion
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 bunch parsley
vegetable oil
salt to taste
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the ham, 6 hard-boiled eggs, onion, and parsley. You can use sausage or hot dogs instead of ham.
Mash the crumbly potatoes in their skins. You can vary the proportions: fewer eggs, more potatoes, etc. The result will still be delicious.
Put the ham, eggs, onion, cheese, and parsley into the mashed potatoes, add 2 raw eggs, salt, and mix thoroughly.
Form patties from this mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry them in a pan. The patties will be very tender; flip them carefully while frying to prevent them from falling apart.
