Ingredients
Potatoes 2
Cottage Cheese 9% 200 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill 1 bunch
Cherry Tomatoes 6
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the potatoes, rub with olive oil, make a deep cross-shaped cut on top, wrap tightly in foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40-50 minutes, or until done. Do not turn off the oven!
Split the hot potatoes along the cuts to create a deep hole in the center. For the filling, finely chop the dill, garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Mix with the cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place the curd mixture into the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes. A pleasant garlic aroma will emerge. Drizzle the cooked potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and serve immediately.
