Ingredients
Pasta 200 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt
Ground black pepper
Broccoli 400 g
33% cream 1 cup
Processed cheese 200 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Boil the broccoli in plenty of water for 5 minutes. While the broccoli is cooking, pour the cream into the pan, add the processed cheese, and heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely melted.
When the cheese has melted, add the broccoli and mash to your desired consistency. The broccoli will be very soft after cooking, and you shouldn't have any difficulty softening it.
Now season the sauce with salt and a little ground black pepper. The sauce is ready.
Now add olive oil and salt to the water we cooked the cabbage in, and cook the pasta.
Place the pasta in large bowls, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
