Ingredients
Minced meat 300 g
Spaghetti 500 g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Processed cheese 200 g
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste
Water to taste
Boil the spaghetti or any pasta.
While the spaghetti is cooking, fry the finely chopped onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and fry.
When the minced meat is ready, add the cheese and stir until melted. Then add the garlic and tomato paste, simmer briefly, and thin everything out with water (depending on how thick you like the sauce).
Now add salt and pepper to the sauce, simmer for a couple of minutes, add the herbs, and serve with the pasta.
