Ingredients
Round rice 0.5 cups
Water 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tsp
Butter 40 g
Pumpkin puree 100 g
Apple 1
Rinse the rice under running water and drain. Cover with water and bring to a boil, uncovered.
While the rice is cooking, peel and dice the apple and remove the pumpkin puree. Cook the porridge until almost all the water has evaporated.
Then add milk, salt, sugar, apple, and pumpkin. Mix well and bring to a boil.
When the porridge comes to a boil, cook it for 3 minutes, stir, place a piece of butter on the surface, cover with a lid, remove from heat, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, stir the porridge and serve it among bowls.
