Apple and Walnut Pie



Ingredients
Butter 85g
Sugar 50g
Vanilla Sugar 10g
Eggs 2
Sour Cream 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Flour 125g
Apples 2
Nuts 1 handful
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease a baking pan with butter, and dust with flour. Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until white. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the sour cream and sifted flour with salt and baking powder. Mix with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan.

 Peel the apples, cut them in half, and core them. Then, slice them lengthwise, but not all the way through, and place them on the dough, pressing lightly. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake the pie for 15 minutes, sprinkle with nuts, and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden brown.
