1 egg
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup banana
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup flour
85 g dark chocolate
1/3 cup 35% cream
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease a donut pan with butter. Beat the eggs and sugar for about 10 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas, butter, vanilla, and yogurt.
Combine the sifted salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Add this mixture to the main mixture. Pour the batter into the molds and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
While the donuts are baking, heat the cream in a small saucepan until it begins to steam. Pour ¾ of the hot cream over the broken chocolate in a heatproof bowl and let it sit for about 2 minutes until the chocolate melts. Stir; if the mixture is too thick, add the remaining cream until the desired consistency is reached.
Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool. Then dip each donut in the chocolate glaze and place on a baking sheet. You can sprinkle them with colorful jam or chopped nuts. Let the chocolate set and serve.
