Ingredients
Cottage cheese 250 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Red bell pepper 2 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Herbs
Vegetable oil
Coat the peppers and garlic with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry in a dry frying pan, covered, turning frequently, until the peppers and garlic cloves are soft. Let the peppers and garlic cool, covered.
Remove the skins from the cooled peppers. Place the cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, pepper, and herbs, if using, in a blender or food processor. Puree until a smooth paste forms.
If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can use a meat grinder.
Season the pâté with salt to taste. You can also add ground black pepper if desired.
