Fried Suluguni Cheese in a Cheese Crust



Ingredients
Suluguni Cheese 750 g
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese 30 g
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground red pepper to taste
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil

Cut the cheese into small, conveniently shaped pieces. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and mix with the seasonings, salt, and breadcrumbs. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork and a couple of pinches of salt. Roll the cheese in flour, dip it in the egg, and coat it in breadcrumbs. It's best to bread it all at once so you can fry it quickly.

Pour enough vegetable oil into a saucepan or pot to cover the cheese. Heat over medium-high heat. Add the cheese in small batches and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Don't let the cheese sit for too long, as it may leak and absorb too much oil. A little less than a minute per side is sufficient. Transfer the fried cheese to paper towels. Serve warm, preferably hot.
